Wood & Plywood: Made using kiln-dried pinewood and reinforced with high-grade plywood for durability and long-term strength. MDF is not used in any part of the frame. Comes with a 10-Year Frame Warranty.

Frame Construction: Built using the triple-action method—stapled, screwed, and glued—for maximum stability and everyday performance.

Foams: Cushions are filled with high-density PU foam that offers deep comfort, excellent support, and long-lasting shape retention.

Poly Fiber: Back cushions and armrests are filled with best-in-class ‘recron’ poly fiber to ensure a plush, cozy feel while maintaining structure.

Suspension & Springs: Equipped with ‘no sag’ zig-zag springs and silent wires for even weight distribution. Rubberised elastic webbing is used in the back for additional flexibility and bounce.

Recliner Mechanism: One end of the sofa includes a smooth manual recliner mechanism integrated into a stable base, offering added comfort with easy operation.

Legs: Available in solid teak or beech wood depending on finish selection. Powder-coated steel legs are also available for a sleek, modern finish.

Production Timeline: The Mayfair Corner Sofa is made-to-order. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks from the order date for production and delivery.
