Wood & Plywood: Constructed from kiln-dried pinewood and high-grade plywood for strength and longevity. MDF is not used. Covered by a 10-Year Frame Warranty.

Frame Construction: Built using the triple-action method—stapled, screwed, and glued—for optimal structural integrity and everyday durability.

Foams: High-density PU foam is used in the seating for comfortable support with excellent shape retention.

Poly Fiber: The backrest is filled with best-in-class ‘recron’ poly fiber, offering a soft, plush feel while maintaining form.

Suspension & Springs: Seat base is fitted with ‘no sag’ zig-zag springs and silent wires for even weight distribution. Elastic webbing in the back adds bounce and flexibility.

Legs: Available in solid teak or beech wood finishes based on polish preference. Powder-coated steel legs are also offered for a modern design touch.

Production Timeline: The Lisa Chair is made-to-order. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks from the date of purchase for production and delivery.

Delivery: Nationwide delivery available. Products are securely packaged in multi-layer protective wrapping. Real-time tracking and delivery scheduling support included.

Installation: No installation required. The chair arrives fully assembled. Our team will assist with unboxing and remove all packaging materials from your space.

Coverage: Comes with a 5-Year Warranty covering frame durability, foam performance, and upholstery stitching under normal residential use.

Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or wear and tear from pets.
