Wood & Plywood: Made from kiln-dried pinewood and high-quality plywood for structural strength. MDF is not used. Backed by a 10-Year Frame Warranty.

Frame Construction: Built with triple-action assembly—stapled, screwed, and glued—for superior durability and everyday reliability.

Foams: Cushions are filled with high-density PU foam to offer deep, supportive comfort with long-lasting shape retention.

Poly Fiber: Recliner backrest and arms are filled with soft, high-loft ‘recron’ poly fiber for a plush and relaxed feel.

Suspension & Springs: Fitted with ‘no sag’ zig-zag springs and silent wires for even support. Rubberised elastic webbing in the backrest adds bounce and flexibility.

Legs/Base: Heavy-duty reclining mechanism integrated into a stable base, designed for smooth and effortless reclining operation.

Production Timeline: Custom-made for each order. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for production and delivery.

Quality Check: Each recliner undergoes strict inspection to ensure premium quality before dispatch.

Delivery: Nationwide delivery with protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. Delivery schedule and real-time updates are provided.

Installation: Free professional installation included. Our team will unbox, position, and fully set up the recliner, removing all packaging afterwards.

Coverage: Includes a 5-Year Warranty covering frame structure, foam and reclining mechanism performance, and upholstery stitching under regular home use.

Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, poor cleaning practices, or pet-related wear and tear.
