Wood & Plywood: The internal frame is constructed using kiln-dried pinewood and reinforced with solid plywood to ensure long-term durability and resistance to warping. MDF is not used in any part of the build. Comes with a 10-Year Frame Warranty.

Frame Construction: The frame is assembled using the triple-action method—stapled, screwed, and glued—for superior strength and structural stability. This process guarantees a lasting foundation and supports our 10-Year Warranty.

Foams: The seat cushion features high-density PU foam that offers firm yet comfortable support, ideal for both casual seating and extended lounging.

Poly Fiber: The backrest is filled with premium ‘recron’ poly fiber, delivering a soft, plush feel while retaining its structure over time.

Suspension & Springs: The seat base is supported with 'no sag' zig-zag springs and silent wires for consistent support and weight distribution. Elastic webbing at the back ensures additional comfort and bounce.
