Wood & Plywood: All our frames are built using kiln-dried pinewood and come with a 10 Year Warranty. We also use solid plywood (where required) and do not use MDF in any part of our frames.
Frame Construction: All our frames are constructed using the famed triple action technique of ‘stapled, screwed & glued’ ensuring long-lasting durability and allowing us to give you a 10 Year Warranty.
Foams: We use a premium combination of high-density PU foams in seats, which provide a perfect balance of softness and durability.
Poly Fiber: Designs with a loose pillow back have best-in-class ‘recron’ poly fiber filling.
Suspension & Springs: We use ‘no sag’ zig-zag springs coordinated with silent wires to allow for equal weight distribution. High-quality rubberised elastic webbing is used in the back for bounce and comfort.
Legs: Depending upon your choice of polish, our wooden legs are made of either teak or beech wood. The metal legs are made of steel.
